Weather Weapons and International Law  

 It seems clear, as an increasing number of reports and credible sources such as the Indian Government indicate, that we are in an era of massive weather modification and that those facilities and that capability are being used in a weaponized manner.

The leading creator and user of this capability is the USA but other governments are complicit such as Australia; and all major governments guilty through their acquiescent silence.

The attitude so far has been a fearful & helpless avoidance. It seems clear that the weapon can be used to quell opposition as well as deliver rain or heat and has been effective in the regard.

The legal arena is one area which is only recently being used and which has been effective in other similar endeavours. A legal challenge would be much more effective if launched by a government on behalf of its citizens for damages caused by man-made weather modification. Legal challenges by major environmental groups would also create pressure to stop this dangerous, reckless activity.

Give notice to your federal or state government that you want to see action in this regard. Action from US citizens is critical.

To view the European Union (EU) document which brings HAARP and similar electromagnetic weapons into question, click here. The actual wording at bullet point 24 in this telling document states that the EU “considers HAARP by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body before any further research and testing.” This reveling document further states that the EU regrets the repeated refusal of the U.S. government to send anyone to give evidence on HAARP.

"Too Many People" isn't the problem by Louis Evan Palmer

The charities plead for money and show the poor suffering children and others who see this will often observe that this is the result of over-population.

"Too many people" is not the problem; over-consumption and appropriation of resources by the few is the problem. There could be enough food if proper assistance & training & tools were available.

Given that, the other barriers would mostly fade away. Security is still needed but it would diminish in importance as the prosperity levels rose.

We could transform our cities with greenhouse roofs and retrofit our agriculture with a new old system of multi-culture. Food security including water is step one.

Not killing 90% of the people. Populations will drop on their own as they modernize.

Resist or Avoid by Louis Evan Palmer

Avoid can range from flight to prescient planning but it always entails not having to go against whatever it is that one wanted to avoid. For example, the nebulous force referred to as "temptation".

When in the world of attachment and craving, it is better and smarter to avoid temptation than to resist it. Because resisting means it's there in force assailing the person or thing. There's always the sense of a battle. In this case, a lifelong series of battles unless one is devoid of attachments and cravings. The prospect of defeat and subjugation is greater and closer when actually engaged in battle than skirting the edges of it or viewing it dispassionately from a safe distance. It may not be today or tomorrow but the day after or the day after that.

You are the sand castle and temptation is the relentless tide. Avoid. Shun. Evade. Or, defeat will be your supper.

The Way Out of Shadow Banks by Louis Evan Palmer

Various individuals in various financial institutions decided they wanted to make a lot of money and that the traditional means of doing that in banking, for example by taking deposits and making loans, was not good enough. So they stepped out of the normal regulated banking system and setup their own unregulated shadow banking system. This presented society with a rigged system in that we have ineffective governance over an increasingly large segment of financial transactions and the associated dollar value.

It seems that the biggest thing going on was selling an asset (like a house) a number of times. It might have looked different but it was the same house, or fraction of that house, being sold and resold. Some of the purchasers might have thought their piece of paper or electronic entry in a broker's system was an asset but they found out differently when the house of cards started to collapse. It was revealed to be nothing more than a chain of liens where only the lien that had an actual claim on the asset was worth anything and that value held up only as long as the asset held up. If you sold the same house ten times to ten different people you would be charged with fraud. If you package it up in obscure financial jargon and do the same thing, you're a genius and you get very rich.

Off-book shadow banking should be taxed as speculation. The funds should be strictly segregated from normal banking monies. A hit in the shadow bank should not affect normal banking. It must be easy and transparent to see the shadow bank transactions and to highlight the demarcation between it and normal banking. The place in the queue for the shadow banks must be at the rear. Everyone else gets paid before the shadow bank does. Their claims can be nullified and repudiated within the regular bankruptcy process. Things like an ABS, CDO, MBS or SLO are last in line and likely to have no payout if there are problems.

Trying to bring the shadow banks into the fold of normal banking is a mistake. The main function of shadow banks is facilitate excessive leverage and casino captialism. They are a sophisticated fraud that has to be stamped out through taxation, regulation and no payouts during any bankruptcy process.
